Allow me a moment to introduce our company and provide a
brief summary of our history and capabilities.
R. E. Graham Construction and Roofing was founded as a
sole proprietorship in 1979. The Company was incorporated
in 1984 with Richard Graham holding 100% of the stock.
R. E. Graham Construction and Roofing, Inc. is licensed by
the State of Michigan. The Company is fully insured and
bondable.
R.E.Graham has prided its self with company values of
dependability, honesty, and the experience and foresight
to complete a project, no matter how large or small in a
timely manner. Our service and total commitment to our
customers is a promise that will be unequalled in the
industry.
R. E. Graham is a full service company to all Building
Owners and Property Management Companies. We have the
ability to do emergency repairs, roof repairs, roof
replacements, siding replacements, wood, vinyl or
aluminum. In addition, we have personnel experienced in
standing seam metal roofs, sheet metal fabrication. We
have experienced carpenters for all size projects. Masonry
restoration is available for chimneys, porches, and walls,
along with minor cement work.
We employ more than thirty-five technicians, service
personnel, drivers, office, and sales staff. While Richard
Graham oversees all aspects of daily operations; Ray
Mandry, General Manager; Tom Dempster, Project Manager;
Marti Sultana, Office Manager and Pete Joseph, Quality
Control Technician, provide logistical support for both
residential and commercial operations.
R. E. Graham Construction and Roofing, Inc. is an
accredited CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator. We are
also recognized as an Owens-Corning Preferred Contractor.
We are a GAF approved contractor.
We are members of The National Roofing Contractors
Association, Construction Association of Michigan and the
Better Business Bureau.
In regard to commercial projects, we are certified
applicators of Versico (EPDM single-ply) and GAF (Modified
Bitumen and Built-up) roofing systems.
We have been acknowledged as an IKO NDL Modified Bitumen
Application Company allowing us to offer Manufacturer's
warranties of up to twenty years.
